Besides being the most planted grape variety in Croatia, Graševina is the most sought-after white wine. Slavonia region is almost the synonym for this variety, where Graševina shows the best results.
We aren’t sure about the true origin of it, some literature states France, Italy while other go with neighboring Austria, but most of the experts agree on its remarkable expression right there in Croatia. Let’s try the taste of Graševina!
Graševina is late harvesting grape variety and in the most simplest young and fresh style it will have dominantly fruity, flowery character with crispy acidity and medium alcohol levels.
It is excellent as a great start of a meal, as chilled aperitif drink and companion to summer foods like clams, oysters, salads and of course, cured meat and cheeses.

The reflection of the fire from the hearth overlays the layers of dark red ruby color. It goes back to the depths of past times, through oak forests, through meadows stained with fragrant violets and gardens interwoven with branches of raspberry, raspberry and plum.
Sweet and tasty, rich with scents, full of flavor and rich body (syrup), serves in small narrow wine glasses. Feeling of comfort will last for a long time, best served with desserts (pancakes with pears, desserts with honey or chestnut parsley)
Knotted wine from world-famous varieties of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and syraha. Fine tannins sprinkled with wine , a medium strong body and great harmony of taste and smell.
